Terms of Engagement

01 Platform Role

1.1 The platform acts as an aggregator facilitating supply of construction materials through verified suppliers.

1.2 The platform introduces customers to suppliers and enables order coordination.

02 Pricing

2.1 Prices displayed are indicative and may vary based on location, quantity, and availability.

2.2 Final pricing shall be confirmed before dispatch.

03 Order Confirmation

3.1 Orders are considered confirmed only after acknowledgment by the supplier or platform.

3.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational conditions.

04 Payment Terms

4.1 For small orders, payment may be required in advance.

4.2 For large orders, credit terms (if any) are solely between the Customer and the Supplier.

4.3 The platform is not responsible for payment disputes, delays, or defaults.

05 Non-Circumvention

5.1 The Customer agrees not to directly engage, negotiate, or transact with any supplier introduced through this platform outside the platform.

5.2 All transactions with such suppliers must be routed through the platform.

5.3 This obligation shall remain valid for **24 months** from the date of introduction.

5.4 In case of breach, the Customer shall be liable to pay immediate liquidated damages:

06 Quality & Delivery

6.1 The Supplier is responsible for quality and delivery of materials.

6.2 The platform facilitates coordination but is not liable for material defects.

07 Limitation of Liability

7.1 The platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from transactions between Customer and Supplier.
